      SHIPPING COSTS

      We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.


      ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

      • Processing Time: Please allow 5–9 business days to process, prepare, and package your order.

      • Express Shipping: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs.

      • Orders are shipped via YunExpress and other reliable international carriers.

      • Split Shipments:
        We ship items as they become available. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, we will ship the available items first. This means you may receive your order in multiple packages delivered at different times.

      Note: Shipping time does not include the processing period. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier-related issues.


      PRE-ORDERS

      Items marked as Pre-Order are custom or reserved in advance and require additional fulfillment time.

      • Fulfillment Time: Pre-orders take 1 to 3 weeks to be fulfilled before entering the standard shipping and processing queue.

      • Once fulfilled, pre-orders are subject to the standard 5–9 business day processing time and 7–14 day shipping window.

      • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and are non-cancellable once placed, as production starts immediately.

      If your pre-order has not shipped within 3 weeks, you may contact support@hypedept.us to request a full refund to your original payment method.

      Chargeback Notice: Filing a chargeback within the valid fulfillment window (1–3 weeks + processing/shipping) is considered a policy violation. We retain detailed order records and will dispute chargebacks with evidence of your policy agreement at checkout.
